2016: Started at SOCOLAIT in a versatile role as a driver, facilitator, and technician-mechanic.
2018: Joined the sales team of SOCOLAIT as a sales representative.
2018: Just one month later, promoted to Territory Manager at BOOST.
Tojo
Customer service manager
2009: Joined the group as a Customer Service Representative, gaining over 14 years of experience in promoting JB and SOCOLAIT products and services.
2023: Promoted to Planning Manager.
Nahary
Dry Sales Manager
2012: Joined BASAN as a Sector Manager in Tamatave and was recognized as the top seller in the East region.
2013-2014: Promoted to Regional Manager for the West and Sofia regions.
2015: Advanced to Zone Manager in Antananarivo.
2016-2018: Appointed Zone Manager for the South region.
2019-2020: Promoted to Zone Sales Manager for Diana, Sava, and East regions.
2021-2022: Established BOOST Academy, an internal training program designed to enhance skills and support BOOST’s strategic ambitions as BASAN’s distribution entity.
2023: Became Sales Manager for Dry products.
