Originally, JB stood for the initials of our founder, Haidaraly Jina Barday. Over time, it has come to represent “Joliment Bon”, a concept that now unites all JB confectionery products.
Our story began over 60 years ago, when our founder imported the first cutting-edge biscuit-making machinery to Madagascar, driven by the ambition to offer Malagasy consumers delicious biscuits that met international standards.
That vision has lived on, inspiring generations of leaders to create some of the country’s most iconic products and brands.
