Tanjaka Food combines performance review and team cohesion

In December 2025, Tanjaka Food brought its teams together at Ilo Park and Fun in Ambohimalaza for an exceptional day combining a semiannual review with collective activities.

A look back at 2025

The morning was dedicated to a semiannual review, a key moment to assess :

      production and quality performance;
      sales results;
      and the changes and improvements implemented. 

This session enabled each team member to gain a clearer understanding of the company’s progress and to align with upcoming objectives, in a spirit of transparency and knowledge-sharing.

Collective and collaborative activities

The afternoon was devoted to team-building activities designed to foster cohesion, solidarity, and a sense of shared achievement. Teams from across all functions shared moments of connection and collaboration, further strengthening internal relationships.

The day concluded on a celebratory note, recognizing the successes of 2025 and generating renewed energy and motivation to meet the challenges of 2026.
