In Malagasy, matanjaka means “the one who is strong.”
This word perfectly embodies the mission of TANJAKA FOOD: to provide an effective and lasting response to malnutrition.

Founded in 2009, the company started with a single product, Plumpy’Nut, developed in partnership with Nutriset. Driven by steady growth and industrial innovation, TANJAKA FOOD has since expanded its range and now has a production capacity of 6,000 tons.

More than just a manufacturer, TANJAKA FOOD is a dedicated player in the fight against malnutrition, working to ensure that every child has the chance to grow stronger – today and tomorrow.
