As part of its five-year anniversary celebrations, the Fonds Malgache de Formation Professionnelle (FMFP) honored the efforts of companies involved in skills development in Madagascar. At this event, BASAN was awarded the Skills Upgrade Award, a prize symbolizing its remarkable commitment to continuous training.
Among the 11,000 companies eligible for this award, BASAN stood out as one of the three companies that submitted the highest number of training projects.
This distinction reflects BASAN’s commitment to investing in the development of the men and women who make up its teams, by placing skills enhancement at the heart of its vision and actions.
The award was presented by the Minister of Technical Education and Vocational Training, Rasoloarisoa Marie Marcelline, in person, underlining the importance of collaboration between the private sector and public institutions in strengthening human capital in Madagascar.
BASAN. Live better, today and tomorrow.
