Production Manager

My career path has been quite unconventional. I started in 2009 as a day laborer at the JB factory. In 2010, I had the opportunity to become a full-time Quality Control Agent at JB, where I learned to thoroughly assess product quality. In 2021, I made a significant change by joining TANJAKA FOOD as a Quality Control Agent for finished products in Tanjombato, where I expanded my expertise in the food industry. I was quickly promoted to Production Manager. This professional growth was made possible through my commitment, perseverance, and willingness to keep learning.

My advice: stay open to opportunities, even if they seem modest at first. Every experience teaches you something valuable.
