Originally, JB stood for the initials of our founder, Haidaraly Jina Barday. Over time, JB became synonymous with “Joliment Bon”—a concept that now unites all JB confectioneries.
Our journey began over 60 years ago when our founder imported cutting-edge machinery—the first on the island—to offer Malagasy consumers delicious biscuits that met international quality standards. This vision has endured, guiding successive leaders to launch some of the country’s most iconic products and brands.
